The JAX APML group offers a range of next generation sequencing services to support researchers and their mission. We provide high quality data within a reasonable time frame that allows researchers to boost scientific investigations.

The JAX APML offers two types of array services. We use cutting edge technologies and equipment to provide high quality data to all of our customers. Tertiary analysis is available upon request for these services and we are happy to work with researchers and their teams to ensure all needs are met. The GDA is built on high density SNP global backbone optimized for cross-population imputation coverage of the genome. |

qPCR | qPCR is can be used for detecting, characterizing, and quanitifying nucleic acids for a variety of applications in genomics, diagnostics, drug development and more. qPCR services can accelerate research. As the widely accepted gold standard for DNA and RNA quanitifcation qpCR is sensitive and reproducible. |
