My research interests include Bioinformatics, Genomics, Immunology and Cancer Biology.
My projects focus on high-throughput Genomics data generated in the context of patient-based studies. One of the aims is to help gain better understanding of disease pathogenesis and identify molecular phenotypes associated with disease outcomes. I am interested in development of resources for the analysis, visualization and functional interpretation of large-scale high throughput datasets. I find it exciting to explore and develop new Bioinformatics resources to tackle specific research questions in novel ways. I received my Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from the Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology affiliated to VTU in Bengaluru, India, in 2013.
