I previously assisted adapting behavioral phenotyping protocols from collaborative institutions within the CSNA. Performed behavioral phenotyping of mice in multiple operant paradigms and performed neural dissections to develop a neural tissue biobank of treated and control samples. I currently oversee data quality control, preparing cohort reports for collaborative project principle investigators. I also teach new research assistants behavioral phenotyping methods and data preservation and management, utilizing R studio. I prepare standard operating procedures as necessary.
