Expert in in-vivo metabolic phenotyping of mouse models of diabetes, obesity, and diabetic complications.

My research interest focuses on understanding the mechanisms underlying metabolic disorders. I have strong experience in conducting in-vivo metabolic phenotyping, preclinical pharmacology, proof-of-concept studies, metabolic surgery and islet transplantation (humanized mice) using genetic and diet induced animal models of diabetes, obesity and associated disorders.
